The PWT Chef does it again!

The roast(s) turned out wonderfully. The problem as expected was, I could not sleep after about 03:15 because of the smell wafting from the kitchen. The jalapeƱos were the cause of the aroma which would have popped anyone out of a deep sleep. So, for breakfast, we had roast and baked potatoes with shredded cheddar and sour cream. With the exception of the soda, I imagine the total cost of the feast (including items required for marinade and sauces) to be about $8.00. The best part, is that there is enough roast leftover to make Quesada's or hot sandwiches for everyone for two more large meals. 25%
