This Blog is about what is happening around here. Hey, if you don't like it, don't read it. It is our lives, be it good or bad and is rated ADULT for no reason except to cover us (me specifically) in case someone is filtering their surfing for a reason. (I respect that)

Size does matter!
Just a friendly reminder. You should never save graphic items your going out within an e-mail or onto a web page as a .BMP format. Why?, because the extreme file sizes that are generated. For example, here are some other format sizes for the same 1.1MB Bitmap graphic:
BMP - 1.10 MB (1,155,072 bytes)
JPG = 102 KB (105,003 bytes)
GIF - 172 KB (176,128 bytes)
TIF - 1.10 MB (1,155,072 bytes)
You can use a number of graphic editing applications to do this. I use Microsoft Photo editor, Mainly because I have it and it is already in Microsoft Office and I know how to use it. Just remember, there are hundreds that can do the same thing. Many are free if you don't have anything right now. Just search here if you don't know of any yourself.
