This is a large sender of SPAM and no one I know would need electronic mail from this address. The registered name is for "University of Southern Queensland". FYI: You might still get mail from spammers there. They have a huge number of IP addresses in their range so prepared for the onslaught from NetRange: 139.86.0.0 - 139.86.255.255
