We are supposed to close (sell the house) at 1600 today. The realtor does not expect any complications. I do but that happens when you get screwed many times over, you just expect it.
Like what happened with my Ex-wife. She made it her point to continiously screw me over when ever things took a bad turn in her life. At least that is what my lawyers and her friends have said.Today, all we have to do is get there with our drivers licenses and a checkbook. The buyers have delusions that we are made of money. I really did tell the woman buying the house that we would not be selling if it was not such a financial burdon for me.
